How we verify
We build each host’s booking website and work directly with the owner who hires us, so we know who is behind every property. On top of that, before we add the seal we check four things, and if one stops being true, we review it.

A video call or meeting with the owner, with their contact details confirmed.
The place exists and matches the photos
A video call walking through the place, a visit, or recent photos taken by the owner.
Payments go to a verified account

Who adds the site's content?
The Alojarnos team sets up your property with the details and photos you send us. How you edit it afterwards depends on what we agree on in our first conversation.
What about Airbnb and Booking?
You can stay on those platforms: your site is one more direct channel. We sync your calendar with Airbnb and Booking through an iCal link, roughly every half hour, to avoid double bookings. The platforms also take a while to read your site’s calendar, so it is not instant.
How do I appear on Alojarnos?
It is included in the Pro and Turnkey plans. Before adding the verification seal we check your identity and that your property exists.
What if I am not sure it is for me?
That is a fair question. Tell us what makes you hesitate, for example how many units you have or how you take bookings today, and we will look at it together. If it is not a good fit, we will tell you.
Do I have to decide now?
No. You can browse the sample site and the panel at your own pace. When you want to move forward, we start with a conversation.
